Job Description
Your role:
As part of the European S&OP team, you are responsible for creating and owning a high‑quality, consensus demand plan that connects market insights with supply capabilities. You play a key role in the S&OP cycle, translating commercial signals into actionable plans that balance customer service, inventory, and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own demand forecasting process using market intelligence and historical data
- Lead demand discussions, challenge assumptions, and drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply
- Prepare, present, and adjust forecasts in Demand Review and Demand Sign‑off meetings
- Monitor and improve forecast performance (e.g. WMAPE, Bias) and support continuous improvement in S&OP and demand planning processes
- Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities to inform decision-making
Main Stakeholders:
- Sales & Commercial teams
- Marketing / BU
- Finance Business Partners
- Supply Planning & S&OP teams
Opportunities for Development:
Exposure to end-to-end supply chain planning, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic decision-making within S&OP. Build strong business partnering and influencing skills across functions and contribute to transformation and maturity improvements in integrated planning.
You're the right fit if:
- Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain roles with strong understanding of S&OP processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate across commercial and supply teams
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications are a plus)
