Tasks and Responsibilities:
In a demanding, high-speed, and stimulating banking environment, you will work within a small and agile marketing team in Paris to cover the marketing, events, and email communication needs of all European offices. You will also collaborate with the US marketing team to ensure global brand consistency. Your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Strategic Event Planning: Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of high-impact client events, conferences, roundtables, and networking sessions that align with business objectives and support deal flow.
- Email Marketing & CRM Management: Oversee and maintain client and prospect lists, track engagement, and ensure data integrity to maximize ROI and follow-up on opportunities generated for bankers.
- Marketing Analytics: Measure, analyze, and report on the performance and ROI of marketing and communications activities; use data-driven insights to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
- Market Research & Insights: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovative client engagement strategies.
- Paid Advertising Strategy: In collaboration with the US team, develop and implement targeted paid advertising campaigns.
- Marketing Support: Assist the Head of Marketing Europe in the coordination of client testimonial videos and other ad hoc requests.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within finance or a related industry.
- Fluency in English is required.
