We are looking for a Brand Systems Manager to join our Global Branding and Design team and help enable Ramboll’s brand through strong collaboration, well-functioning systems, and practical operational brand support.
About the role
As Brand Systems Manager, you will be part of a small, closely collaborating team where trust and shared responsibility are essential. You will work closely with colleagues within the team and with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure the brand is easy to understand, easy to apply, and consistently used through strong, well run brand operations, both in daily collaboration and with a long term perspective.
The role combines ownership of brand management systems, people focused enablement, and hands on brand operations, including project management and continuous optimisation. While this is not a traditional Brand Manager role, you will contribute to brand related initiatives where coordination, structure, and operational drive are needed.
What you will do
- Work closely with brand colleagues to translate brand guidelines into practical tools, templates, and ways of working
- Take responsibility for the day to day operation, governance, and continuous improvement of Ramboll’s brand operations and brand management ecosystem
- Maintain a strong focus on simplicity, both in the user journey on the front end and in the build up and maintenance of assets that may weigh down the system on the back end. You enjoy applying simple processes and rolling up your sleeves for ongoing clean up initiatives
- Define what good looks like when it comes to operating, activating, and maintaining our brand systems by setting up processes, creating guides, and launching and informing relevant groups
- Use your strong communication skills to ensure clear user communication and intuitive user journeys within our tools, applying the right level of information at the right time and getting ahead of issues before they impact users
- Plan and execute operationally robust rollouts and onboarding of brand tools and processes, ensuring a low error margin, high professionalism, and trust in the Brand and Design team and its deliveries
- Provide practical guidance and support to colleagues using brand tools, templates, and assets. As an organisation, we have a strong focus on using AI to support brand work and simplify workflows by reducing tedious tasks
- Take on project management and coordination tasks related to brand initiatives, improvements, rollouts, and for example merchandise
- Act as a trusted partner to Marketing, Communications, IT, and the Global Design Center in Chennai
- Contribute actively to a collaborative team culture where knowledge sharing and mutual dependency are key
Our current platforms include Frontify and Templafy, and experience with these, especially Frontify, will be an advantage in this role. The position focuses on brand management systems and enablement overall, with attention given to existing tools, potential new tools, and brand management activities that go beyond tools, including dialogue and guidance.

Your experience
- Experience working in a global organisation with companywide rollouts and onboarding initiatives
- Experience launching tools and enabling adoption across the business, with strong attention to detail, professionalism, and quality
- Hands-on experience with brand management, content, DAM, template, or similar platforms
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project management or coordination in a brand related context
- Confident communicator in English, written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience working with brand operations, governance, or system maintenance at scale
- Experience with Frontify, Templafy, or similar systems is an advantage
