Job Description:
- Support in monthly FP&A activities including Best Estimate, Actuals, Forecast and annual budgeting
- Consolidate monthly financial reports and management reports for Asia region on a timely basis
- Lead channel profitability analysis across Retail, Ecommerce, Wholesale and Others, providing clear visibility on performance drivers
- Monitor SG&A and A&P efficiency, tracking spend against budgets and identifying areas for cost discipline and optimisation
- Partner with country finance teams to validate assumptions, challenge variances, and ensure consistency and data integrity across submissions
- Provide market insights, risks and opportunities, highlighting key trends and implications for management decision‑making
- Drive process improvements, standardization and automation of reports, and support system/data initiatives
- Support brands team in FP&A activities
- Support in any ad-hoc request or analysis and ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business disciplines
Experience Requirements
- 3-5 years relevant experience in management reporting / financial analysis
- Experience in distribution/retail industry preferred; exposure to Asia regional markets is an added advantage
- Familiar with decentralization model operation and daily contact with overseas stakeholders and team members to gather input and information.
- Strong financial accounting background, with knowledge of IFRS.
Mobility/Travel
- Occasional travel may required.
Computer Skills
- Knowledge in HFM, Hyperion (Essbase) and SAP an added advantage
- Strong PC skills especially in MS Excel, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
Language
- Fluency in English written and spoken skills
- Able to read, write and speak in Mandarin is an advantage due to exposure to China market
