- Overall 14+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on SAP Basis/HANA.
- In-depth understanding of SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA architecture, configuration, and integration.
- Expertise in performing SAP installations, upgrades, updates, and BASIS support.
- Proven track record in leading and managing successful SAP projects, demonstrating strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
