Toyota of Tacoma is hiring a Lot Attendant to support our sales team and daily dealership operations. This role is best suited for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and interested in building a long-term career in the automotive industry.
What You’ll Do
- Organize and maintain vehicle inventory on the lot
- Wash and prepare vehicles for customer delivery
- Inspect incoming vehicles for accuracy and condition
- Assist with dealer trades and vehicle movement
- Maintain dealership cleanliness and presentation
- Support the sales team to keep operations running efficiently

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree; or one-to-three-month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Clear and Valid Driver's License
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to follow directions.
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission.
- Ability to work with little to no direction.
- Effective communication skills
- Basic mathematical aptitude
- High reasoning comprehension
- Positive attitude
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a background check & drug screen.
