What You’ll Do
- Be the First Impression: Answer calls with energy, warmth, and professionalism.
- De-escalate with Care: Listen empathetically, stay calm, and find solutions for upset customers.
- Keep Things Organized: Schedule service appointments, set expectations surrounding our customer experience, and customer care follow up.
- Support the Team: Assist sales and service departments with calls and administrative tasks.
- Deliver Great Service: Turn every interaction into a positive experience that builds loyalty.

Requirements
