IT Recruiter

We are looking for two IT Recruiters to join and extend our partner's team for a B2B collaboration. The projects will cover a wide range of technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles across various technologies

Source, screen, and engage with candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)

Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate suitability

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams

Maintain an active and relevant candidate pipeline

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
Requirements:

Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter

Strong understanding of IT roles and general technology landscape

Experience recruiting for multiple tech stacks (no specialization required)

Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments is a plus

Fluency in English (written and spoken).
