We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in Embedded Systems to build and expand our practice.
This is a greenfield builder role for someone who already operates in this ecosystem, has a track record of selling embedded or hardware-adjacent engineering services, and can convert existing relationships into signed engagements. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle and leverage your existing relationships to generate early revenue and build a high-value pipeline over the first year.

Compensation is designed to strongly reward performance and impact. The base salary is competitive and aligned with the market for senior-level roles, with a significant portion of total earnings tied to performance.
