Description
Position Function:
Coordinate curriculum-based skills services and (crisis calls, referrals, skill-based sessions, counseling) to ensure Real Help for Real Life (RHRL) program participants receive timely, competent, caring responses from the first call to discharge. Provide ongoing supervision to direct reports ensuring that the agency philosophy and practices are implemented throughout service delivery. Represent ACH in the community.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. Licensed as one of the following: Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker (LBSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor or Intern (LPC or LPC-I), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Associate (LMFT or LMFT-A), Licensed Psychological Associate or Psychologist preferred.
Experience:
Two years of experience providing crisis intervention, intake and assessment to at-risk youth and families required. One year of supervisory experience required. Previous training and experience delivering curriculum-based interventions preferred. Training in trauma-informed care and curriculum-based trauma interventions preferred.
Functional Requirements:
Provide oversight of curriculum-based techniques and methods being used with the goal of increasing skill level of Counselors, Family Support Specialists, Resource Navigators and Child and Family Services Interns. Oversee administrative aspects to ensure productivity and accountability for RHRL Program contract requirements, ACH training, documentation and provision of service requirements. Provide direct reports with supervision through staffing and case reviews to ensure effectiveness, EBP fidelity and services that are sensitive to the population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics. Follow policies and procedures of ACH and represent the agency in the community to generate referral activity, stakeholder support and collaboration opportunities with service providers.
Working Conditions:
