Key Responsibilities
1. Global Total Rewards Strategy
- Define compensation philosophy and global salary structures
- Lead job architecture, grading, and benchmarking (e.g. AON, Mercer)
- Manage annual salary reviews, bonus (STI), and long-term incentives (LTI)
- Ensure pay equity and regulatory compliance (including EU requirements)
- Design executive compensation and equity programs
- Harmonize compensation across countries and brands post-M&A
2. HRIS & People Systems Governance
- Own global HRIS strategy and architecture (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors)
- Ensure data integrity, GDPR compliance, and reporting accuracy
- Oversee system integrations with payroll and finance
- Automate HR processes and reward cycles
- Deliver workforce analytics (headcount, costs, retention)
- Drive global adoption through change management and training
3. Financial & Strategic Impact
- Manage global people cost budget (salary, bonus, benefits)
- Model workforce and compensation scenarios (growth, restructuring, M&A)
- Support budgeting and workforce planning
- Lead post-merger integration of rewards and HR systems
- Advise and challenge senior leadership on compensation decisions

What we are looking for:
Profile & Experience
- 10–15+ years in Compensation & Benefits and/or HRIS leadership
- Experience in transformation environments (M&A, Private Equity, scale-up)
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- International experience across multiple entities
- Knowledge of labor law and tax (Europe + other regions)
- Experience with job architecture frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presence
- Fluent in French and English

Additional information
- location: Paris or the Netherlands (Rijswijk or Ede)
