Administrative & Plant Support
- Provide administrative support to plant leadership and HR, including scheduling, data entry, document preparation, and recordkeeping
- Coordinate meetings, orientations, and trainings; prepare agendas and take meeting notes as needed
- Serve as a point of contact for visitors, vendors, and internal inquiries
Human Resources Support
- Maintain confidential employee files and compliance documentation
- Support HR processes such as benefits enrollments, training tracking, and policy acknowledgments
Recruiting & Staffing Support
- Post hourly jobs on social media platforms
- Coordinate interviews for plant positions, including scheduling candidates around shift operations
- Assist with applicant tracking system (ATS) updates and candidate communication
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Assist with planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and plant events
- Support communication of company initiatives, milestones, safety campaigns, and celebrations
Social Media & Internal Communications
- Assist with creating and scheduling social media content focused on manufacturing careers, culture, safety initiatives, and community involvement
- Support internal plant communications such as bulletin board postings, digital signage, and announcements

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with hourly employees and leadership
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience utilizing Canva or other graphic design platforms preferred
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Experience supporting HR or recruiting in an hourly manufacturing workforce
- Familiarity with shift schedules, plant culture, and safety-focused environments
- Comfortable supporting employee-facing communications and engagement activities

Working Conditions:
This work is performed in an office setting with minimal to moderate noise due to computers, printers, and people.
