Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Systems & Process Analysis
- Analyze business requirements, data, and system processes to ensure alignment with business objectives and identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, system workflows, and functional specifications to clearly document current-state and future-state solutions.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and solution designs.
2. Development, Testing & Support
- Maintain and enhance existing core systems to support new features, correct defects, and improve logic and performance.
- Configure and test system changes to ensure functionality, performance, and data integrity.
- Coordinate and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide timely troubleshooting and production support for critical system and process issues; after-hours or weekend support may occasionally be required.
3. Documentation & Standards
- Produce and maintain clear documentation for:
- Business and system requirements
- Process flows and data mappings
- Testing plans and test results
- Deployment and implementation strategies
- Utilize ServiceNow to record and maintain change management activities, production support work, incidents, and system enhancements, ensuring traceability, audit readiness, and clear operational history.
- Ensure documentation supports auditability, knowledge transfer, and long-term system maintainability.
4. Collaboration & Communication
- Serve as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external partners.
- Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Provide regular updates to IT management on assigned projects, tasks, and support.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of five years of relevant systems analysis or application development experience.
- Equivalent education, training, and experience may be substituted when competency is demonstrated.

- Understanding of software development methodologies and system integration concepts.
