We’re hiring: Global Markets Sales (Entry-Level)
MUFG Manila is looking for fresh graduates to join our Global Markets Sales team—supporting our sales traders today and developing into one in the future.
This is a strong entry point into financial markets, where you’ll gain hands-on exposure to FX and derivatives while working with Japanese and global corporate clients.
Who we’re looking for:
- Graduate of Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or related courses
- Strong interest in financial markets and client engagement
- Analytical, curious, and willing to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
What you’ll do:
- Support Sales in delivering and executing FX and derivatives solutions to corporate clients
- Provide market updates and insights to internal teams and clients
- Work closely with internal stakeholders both locally and across the region
- Build the foundation to grow into a Sales Trader role
What you bring:
- Strong interest in financial markets (FX, rates, derivatives)
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market trends
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented, and client-focused
- High level of integrity and awareness of compliance standards
