- Act as the representative of production & operations to interface with project teams. Independently develop industrialized operation quotation plans based on product requirements, lean principles and robust manufacturing processes.

- Represent the plant operations side in the entire project lifecycle, and fulfill duties as the factory operations representative in project meetings, customer meetings and supplier meetings

- Conduct feasibility assessments from the perspectives of schedule, cost, quality and risks, and provide support for project changes and problem resolution

- 牵头开展产品可制造性（DFM）评审并推动落地相关改进措施，完成新产品投产（NPL）样件试制工作，并解决所有待闭环问题;
- Lead Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews, drive the implementation of improvement measures, complete New Product Launch (NPL) prototype trial production, and resolve all open issues to closure
- 向项目经理同步项目（投产）最新状态及潜在资源需求, 必要时（协同项目经理），将影响质量、供应商或客户的相关问题，升级上报至项目经理、运营管理层及相关方;
