Purpose of the role: Strategic global role responsible for building structural competitive advantage through Digital Shelf excellence, global performance transparency and data-driven decision enablement.
The role acts as the Digital Commerce Control Tower, owning global online sales reporting, KPI harmonisation, external market intelligence and conversion governance across markets. It additionally provides the analytical backbone for Retail Media performance measurement to ensure media investment decisions are grounded in accurate, comparable data across all markets. Ultimately this role is the foundation and driving force to identify & initiate growth opportunities within the online channel.
Scope: FR, UK, DE, NL, ES, IT and future markets; Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Innovation and IT
Sales turnover responsibility: Indirect — accountable for reporting accuracy, performance transparency, conversion enablement and Retail Media measurement quality
