We are looking for a Management Accountant to play a crucial role in driving Lovehoney Group's high-level performance. In close partnership with the Group Finance Manager, you'll focus on enhancing our financial reporting and compliance, ensuring our continued growth and success.    Please note that this role requires willingness to work from the office four days per week during key periods such as month-end and audits.

What you will do

• Prepare and review the Management Accounts for all group entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance before consolidation.
• Lead business partnering with stakeholders outside of finance to enhance the team’s relationship with the wider business and understand the ‘story behind the numbers’.
• Collaborate with the Transactional Manager to enhance invoice coding and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee cash flow forecasts and VAT returns, contributing to the financial health of Lovehoney Group.
• Manage and mentor the senior assistant management accountants and assistant management account, promoting a strong team spirit.

What you should bring

• Proven experience in a similar Management Accountant role, with a solid background in financial reporting (IFRS), compliance, and analysis. 
• A recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is essential. 
• Exceptional analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and address financial discrepancies. 
• Strong leadership qualities, capable of managing and developing a team, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
