In this role, you'll:
As a Senior PAM Procurement Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting procurement activities across high-value and high-risk projects.
You will guide project teams through the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring compliance with Transport for NSW and NSW Government policies while driving value-for-money outcomes.
This is an opportunity to contribute to the largest infrastructure program in Australia and make a tangible impact on communities across NSW.
Key responsibilities include:
• Conduct sourcing activities and participate in negotiations to establish supply arrangements.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing tender and contract documentation for complex projects.
• Coordinate tender evaluation processes and support contract award and execution.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting databases.
• Develop training and guidance for project managers on procurement processes.
• Monitor compliance with probity and governance frameworks.

About you
You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of procurement processes and governance.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining integrity and accountability.
Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.
To be successful, you will have:
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in procurement within large or complex environments.
• Strong understanding of asset information, data quality, and governance principles.
• Ability to provide technical support and training to users, including preparing documentation and reports.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Knowledge of system integration concepts and digital transformation practices is desirable.
