In this role, you'll:
Be working as part of a team delivering the management of a large and diverse leased property portfolio, including high volume leasing transactions, commercial and retail property management, and the implementation of leasing plans and strategies.
This role will see you manage a portfolio of leased property assets, lead the development and implementation of leasing plans and strategies to ensure compliance with legislation.
You will effectively deliver efficient, compliant and commercially property leasing services and outcomes in a complex, high volume, and stakeholder rich environment that requires strong judgement, commercial acumen and the ability to navigate competing priorities.

About you
Your commercial, analytical, conflict management, leasing and asset management skills formed across large, diverse property leasing portfolios and related commercial property environments will see you excel in managing leased assets, resolving complex leasing issues and ensuring compliance.
You’re recognized as an ethical, professional and collaborative communicator with strong problem solving and accountability capabilities.
You are experienced in commercial and retail property management, rent review, arrears management, dispute resolution, and coordinating property maintenance across a complex leasing portfolio.
