Recruitment & Selection
· Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
· Arrange and conduct interviews, tests, and assessments for white- and blue-collar positions.
· Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide updates regarding their application status.
· Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the selection of suitable candidates.
Recruitment Database & Reporting
· Maintain and update the recruitment database including applicant history and records (C7 and other internal systems).
· Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation of all recruitment data.
· Prepare analytical and well-documented recruitment reports including recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and hiring trends.
Employer Branding & Recruitment Sources
· Coordinate SMG participation in employment fairs and recruitment events.
· Build and maintain relationships with universities, NGOs, and external recruitment partners.
· Conduct regular visits to recruitment sources to strengthen communication channels and talent pipelines.
Job Posting & Employer Outreach
· Prepare and publish job advertisements across recruitment channels.
· Update and manage job postings on SMG’s career page and other recruitment platforms.
· Ensure job descriptions and job specifications are accurate and updated.
Internship Programs
· Coordinate internship programs with universities and educational institutions.
· Manage communication and scheduling related to internship placements.
Onboarding & Integration
· Support onboarding activities to ensure new employees are properly integrated into the organization.
· Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
HR Support
· Support the HR team in other HR functions and initiatives when required.
