Key Responsibilities
Deliver assigned tasks across HR or Finance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with policies and service standards
Act as a point of contact for routine internal queries and escalate issues when needed
Run and review reports or data to identify trends, discrepancies, or potential issues
Investigate routine problems using standard frameworks and propose solutions where appropriate
Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and user experience
Support the implementation of process improvements, including updates to workflows and documentation
Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve shared goals
Take ownership of personal learning and development, building skills and increasing independence over time
About you:
