Activities
Transfer and implement sales and marketing plans in Retail points of sale, maximizing revenue and margin targets.
Develop and maintain profitable relationships with assigned customers, encouraging the exchange of mutually beneficial information and ensuring 360° management of the local client.
Draft local agreements with retail chains / purchasing groups and their affiliates to implement dedicated visibility areas and achieve specific targets.
Drive compliance with product assortments according to the grids agreed with clients.
Verify the implementation of marketing plans in the stores of clients within the assigned area.
Coordinate Promoters within the assigned territory.
Develop display share and resolve out-of-stock (OOS) issues.
Conduct competitor analysis: display share, product displays, prices, new product launches, new areas, promotions, cash back activities, etc., to support the weekly Sell-Out newsletter and comparison with the Italian market.
Check stock levels to ensure availability for both shelf sales and promotional activities.
Analyze sales data of individual clients in relation to overall market trends for the product families managed by the company.
Manage post-sales support aspects for the clients handled.
Drive local order generation.
Coordinate training programs for sales staff of the assigned clients.
Collaborate with Marketing and the Sales Sell-In team to identify in-store business development opportunities.
Commercial management of promoters → FAM.
Manage product display.
In customized areas and for Hero products, apply promotional or specific materials and A4 communication materials.
In stores not covered by Beauty Advisors (BA), apply promotional or specific materials and A4 communication materials.
Maintain constant and continuous coordination with the Sell-In team to identify opportunities for joint territorial visits.
Create value and trust by responding to clients’ needs, requests, and phone calls promptly and consistently.
