Senior Banker – Energy Transition & Infrastructure Coverage will work with existing clients and prospects who are leading in strategic and growth segments of the renewable energy, power and infrastructure (primarily digital infra).

As a senior coverage banker, you will be successful originating and developing high-value business for new and existing clients in a key growth sector of the bank.
Rabobank's Energy Transition Coverage team represents the bank to prospective and existing clients who are leading in strategic and growth segments of the renewable energy, power and infrastructure (primarily digital infra). We partner with clients to help them solve their most pressing challenges with a focus on originating strategic, fee based, and event-driven advisory, markets, and financing opportunities in service to our clients. At all times we do this within the solvency, credit and risk appetite established by the Bank. The Executive Director will be the lead banker and primary point of contact on a portfolio of at least 20 clients and at least 10 prospects, focusing time and effort on strategic clients for which there is demonstrated or significant potential for ancillary business opportunities with product partners.
Expand the client and revenue base, optimize client satisfaction, and maximize returns within the risk framework. Identify and lead evaluation of new opportunities, strengthen existing relationships, and quarterback client and deal teams to deliver best results.
Opportunity/idea generation, market and sector analyses - coordination/preparation of discussions and presentations for clients and prospects
Leverage Rabobank's extensive network, deep industry knowledge, and comprehensive product suite to provide the best support and advice to clients.
Work effectively across various teams and functions, collaborating with colleagues in different roles to achieve success
Lead development of relationship planning
To be considered for the Executive Director - Energy Transition Coverage role, you must have:
Bachelor Degree in related studies experience
Series 79 and 63 or willingness to obtain in short order
12+ years of corporate and investment banking experience with a track record of success originating traditional banking products as well as markets, project and structured finance and corporate finance products and services.
5+ years of relevant experience in the Energy and/or Infrastructure sectors
Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to travel regionally up to 50%

Target Hiring Range: $275,000.00 - $350,000.00
This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range.
