What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Content Marketing Trainee to join our EMEA Marketing team. You will support the delivery of content marketing strategies by helping to create and optimise content that drives engagement, supports business objectives, and is continually refined to be as impactful and client‑centric as possible.
You will play a key role in driving efficiency and effectiveness across the EMEA and North America Content teams, working closely with partners across Advisory, Discretionary, Institutional, and Digital Platforms, as well as broader marketing and business stakeholders.
You will be involved in:
Supporting the team in executing content marketing strategies and producing content that supports firm objectives across multiple formats, including articles, videos, social media posts, and email campaigns.
Supporting the team on ad‑hoc projects and content initiatives as required, including keeping content calendars and trackers updated, reporting on activity, compliance support, competitor content analysis, and the development of content best practices.
Utilising and advocating for content analytics, using insights to inform what works, what doesn’t, and how content performance can be improved.
Leveraging AI to deliver high‑impact content programmes, including enhancing idea generation, content creation, and distribution.
Adhering to established processes, templates, training, style guides, and best‑practice documentation.
What do we need from you?
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
A passion for content marketing and/or copywriting desirable but not essential
Curiosity, creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Competent in using Microsoft programs, in particular, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
