CHHA - part time - set shift schedule 24 hr per week

Assisted is looking for Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) for a part-time opportunity.

Set Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri.  from 6am-2:30 with a 30 min lunch.
Pay: $23/hour

Job Requires:

• Successful completion of one of the following:
  • a training program and competency evaluation pursuant to Federal/State law;
  • a competency evaluation program pursuant to Federal /State law
• Current, active California HHA certificate DMV verifiable via https://cvl.cdph.ca.gov/SearchPage.aspx 
• Criminal background check / OIG Exclusion list / National Sex Offender Registry / fingerprint card as appropriate. Current CPR, TB and health clearance 
• Completed competency skills evaluation/assessment
• Successful passage (80%) of Agency competency exam and core competency checklist
