Sitting within our Customer Success org, the Implementation Administrator is responsible for providing crucial administrative support for the Implementation team as well as maintaining the highest standards of data integrity for all Implementation records. .
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist with coordinating special projects/initiatives with Implementation team to ensure maximum efficiency and seamless implementation
- Conduct regular audits of Implementation record data in the CRM and property records in Admin platform to identify and correct discrepancies
- Request resident information and rent rolls from property management for charge audits
- Gather various provider data for market research
- Obtain missing internal documents and information
- Prepare numerous documents and notices for Implementation Managers including Amenity Agreements and presentation decks
- Utilize provider channels to obtain master bulk account invoices
- Coordinate resident marketing campaigns & materials for mass project updates

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Advanced/fluent English with full professional proficiency or higher
- Experience with CRM, project management software, SaaS. SalesForce experience a plus
- Proficient in software applications like Excel, Word, Adobe, etc.
- Proficient in utilizing AI tools like Gemini, etc for task management and organization
- Possess active listening skills and emotional intelligence
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Possess competency in agility, empathy, critical thinking, and proactive problem-solving
