The Director IT – ERP & Corporate Applications is a strategic leadership role responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and support of our Global ERP and Corporate business applications ecosystem. This position will lead a high-caliber team of product owners, analysts, developers, and production support professionals to ensure innovative capability development and seamless delivery across our global applications landscape. Encompassing critical functions such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Order Management, and Finance, this role requires a deep understanding of the Oracle product suite and a strategic mindset to align technology initiatives with overarching business objectives.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience implementing Oracle applications and delivering global ERP implementation initiatives. Must also have 24 months of experience with each of the following: 1) Overseeing the implementation and management of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and corporate applications. 2) Working with the ERP product suite and corporate application domains, including Planning, Forecasting, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Order Management, Inventory Management, Distribution & Logistics, and Finance. 3) Designing architectural principles and frameworks, middleware, and integration standards for connecting ERP systems with third-party business applications. 4) Overseeing the application development lifecycle—from road-mapping and design through deployment and support—using tools and methodologies including Agile methodology, ServiceNow, Jira, Splunk, software testing tools, and CI/CD deployment principles. 5) Leveraging AI-based solutions (AI agents and AI development studios) to automate and enhance business performance and operational processes within ERP or enterprise application environments. 6) Developing data strategies and data-management approaches for ERP and enterprise-level corporate applications. Employer will accept experience gained concurrently. Position will supervise 10-15 subordinates in the positions of IT Manager/Senior Manager, Delivery Manager, and Product Owner. Requires 10% domestic and international travel.

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
Salary: $214,053 to $254,053/year.
