Yarrawonga Health is seeking a passionate and motivated Nursing Graduate Coordinator to lead and support our Transition to Practice Graduate Nurse Program.
In this rewarding role, you will help shape the next generation of nurses through engaging education, clinical support, and professional development. Working closely with leadership teams and multidisciplinary professionals, you will foster a culture of learning and excellence while contributing to high-quality patient care across the organisation.
As the Nursing Graduate Coordinator, you will oversee the coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of Yarrawonga Health’s Graduate Nurse Program. From recruitment and onboarding through to clinical education, supervision, and development, you will help graduates build the skills, confidence, and experience needed to thrive in their careers.
You will also work closely with the Central Hume Graduate Nurse Program and regional health partners to strengthen collaborative learning opportunities and support best-practice graduate education.
You are an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse who enjoys supporting and developing others. You bring strong clinical knowledge, leadership capability, and a collaborative approach to education and workforce development.
