Graphic Design & Asset Producer (Marketing Production Role)

The Role

A hands-on production role responsible for creating high-quality, client-ready materials across business development, marketing and events. You’ll ensure senior stakeholders are reviewing and refining outputs - not building them.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce pitch decks, proposals, presentations and sales materials
• Create and maintain event, sponsorship and campaign assets
• Support EDMs and marketing collateral (via HubSpot)
• Ensure all materials are polished, on-brand and delivered on time

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in design, marketing or content production roles
• Strong visual judgement and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace
• Hands-on skills in PowerPoint, Canva and similar tools
• A proactive, delivery-focused mindset
