National Account Executive | Vic-based
At Bega Group, we’re continuing to build our foodservice portfolio, partnering with some of Australia’s most iconic hotel, restaurant and café groups to deliver market‑leading dairy and food solutions. We’re now looking for a commercially sharp National Account Executive to play a key role in driving growth across national hospitality customers.
This role sits at the heart of our hotel, restaurant and cafe strategy, blending relationship‑led sales with strong commercial execution. You’ll manage influential national accounts, uncover new opportunities, and collaborate closely with internal teams to bring tailored solutions to life. The Role
Manage and grow national accounts across hotels, restaurants, cafés and contract caterers
Develop and execute annual business plans aligned to channel and customer strategies
Deliver revenue, volume and margin targets through strong negotiation and relationship management
Identify and convert new business opportunities using industry insight and networks
Partner cross‑functionally to deliver customer‑specific solutions and optimal outcomes
About You
3–5+ years’ experience in FMCG or Foodservice account management
Strong existing relationships within national HORECA or hospitality groups
Proven commercial acumen with confidence in pricing, tenders and negotiations
Influential communicator, comfortable engaging chefs, procurement and senior stakeholders
Passion for hospitality, food trends and delivering value‑led customer partnerships
