Media Asset Manager is responsible for handling final deliverables across production platforms and the company’s local network. This role ensures that all audio assets transferred follow the client specification accurately.
Media Asset Managers will work closely with Audio QC Engineers. This role plays as a final technical QC before assets are transferred across productions or delivered to clients.
Responsibilities
Create and deliver metadata and packaging.
Troubleshoot and escalate reported issues to Senior Audio QC Engineers.
Maintain logical folder structure and adhere to naming conventions.
Perform quality control on dubbed audio files, focusing on technical errors
Check loudness, peak levels, and audio specs according to client requirements
Stay current with up-to-date IYUNO production workflow documentation.
Maintain and update technical checklists and tracking tools to ensure the quality of final deliverables.
Conduct final checks on deliverables prior to client submissions.
Skills and Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Audio Engineering, Sound Production, or related fields/experiences
0–2 years of experience in audio post-production or QC (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are welcome)
Having knowledge of audio technology and audio theory
Good understanding of Pro Tools software
Knowledge of an audio and video digitization, codecs, AV file formats (such as wavs, mp4, mov, etc.)
Strong critical listening skills with high attention to detail
