Role Overview
The Head of Engineering owns Dimer Health’s technical strategy, architecture, and execution. This is a hands-on leadership role - You will lead a team of 8 engineers while actively building core products and features.

Base Salary Range: : $220,000 - $240,000 per year The displayed salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire
salaries for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or
training. We typically make offers near the midpoint of the posted salary range.
This role is equity eligible as part of Dimer’s long-term incentive program.
