We are looking for a Junior NPI & Product Support Engineer to join our NPI and Product Engineering group. In this role, you will support the transition of new products from development to mass production, working closely with R&D, Operations, QA, manufacturing teams, and subcontractors to ensure product readiness and ongoing quality.

· Support New Product Introduction activities from development to production
· Work closely with R&D, QA, Operations, and manufacturing teams to ensure production readiness
· Coordinate technical activities related to product transfer to mass production
· Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for hardware and system-level issues
· Support repair and validation processes for electronic boards and products
· Maintain technical documentation and product-related records
· Work with subcontractors and manufacturing partners to support product quality and delivery
· Ensure alignment between hardware, software, and product configurations
· Up to 5 years of experience in NPI, product engineering, or manufacturing engineering
· Practical Engineer or B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering
· Experience transferring products from development to manufacturing environments
· Strong understanding of hardware systems and product-level troubleshooting
· Knowledge of networking protocols
· Fluent English, both written and spoken
· Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
· Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

· Experience working with subcontractors or global manufacturing partners
· Experience supporting software or firmware releases
· Familiarity with manufacturing and production processes
