An unserem Standort in Berlin erbringen wir Dienstleistungen im Geschäftsreisebereich für namhafte Kunden mit höchstem Qualitätsanspruch.

Zur Verstärkung unserer Teams suchen wir (Vollzeit oder Teilzeit min. 30h/Woche) im Büro in Berlin mit Hybrid-Möglichkeit oder deutschlandweit im Homeoffice.

Das hast Du im Gepäck

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Reiseverkehrs- bzw. Tourismuskauffrau/-mann (m/w/d) und …

• bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Business Travel mit

• verfügst IATA- und/oder DB-Fachwissen sowie Kenntnisse im GDS Amadeus und MS Office

• verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• übernimmst mit Deiner verantwortungsbewussten Persönlichkeit konkrete Teilbereiche und Aufgabenstellungen

• überzeugst mit Deiner leistungs- und ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise

Das sind Deine Aufgaben

• Du arbeitest in einem unserer kundenspezifischen Teams und buchst Geschäftsreisen von Europa bis Asien, in Eco bis First, für Haustiere bis VIPs – langweilig wird es bei uns nie

• Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Reisestellen bei allen Anfragen zu Geschäftsreisen, telefonisch und per E-Mail

• Reservierung, Erstellung, Stornierung und Umbuchung von Reisedokumenten gemäß Kundenanforderungen

• Kommunikation mit Leistungsträgern

The Canada national base salary range for this position is from 

The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
