We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to lead AI-driven innovations. You will own the vision, strategy, and road map of the AI product lines, and will play a pivotal role in bringing cutting-edge AI solutions into our programs. Your work will directly impact lakhs of students across India by empowering them through AI-enabled chatbot and progressive web application.

As a product manager for b2c products, you will:

• Be the voice of the customer. You will talk to customers, listen to their feedback, and understand their needs and wants. You will turn their pain points into solutions and their dreams into reality. 🙌

• Be the boss of your own AI product line. You will define the "Why" and "What" and “When to launch” of assigned initiatives and build consensus around the same with stakeholders. You will own the product vision, strategy, and road map of your product line. 🚀

• Be the master of your craft. You will design, test, and validate product features and functionality with customers and stakeholders. You will use data and customer insights to make informed decisions and measure your impact. 📊

• Be the leader of the pack. You will work with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support, to deliver high-quality products that solve customer problems and provide value. You will communicate the product vision, goals, and progress to internal and external stakeholders. 🗣

To rock this role, you should have:

• Customer-centric and user-focused mindset. You should be able to empathise with customers and understand their needs and wants. You should be obsessed with creating products that customers love and that make a positive difference in their lives. ❤️

• AI Expertise: You should be able to write composite Gen AI prompts, propose workflows and RAG pipelines, fine-tune LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude  and open source models  from Hugging Face), and have good understanding of AI-powered tools from Google Cloud and similar platforms.🏆

• Good understanding of discovery frameworks. Be able to deploy best practices and tools to understand customer needs, apply proven framework to prioritise customer needs and build consensus around the priority order.‍♂️

• Strong analytical, data visualisation and problem-solving skills. You should be able to develop and deploy best practices for data gathering, build data dashboards, and generate valuable insights from the data in a structured way to facilitate smart decision making.  

• Creative and be able to think differently in a constrained environment. You should be able to come up with new ideas and solutions that wow users. 💡

• Leadership and collaboration skills. You should be able to lead, influence, and work well with cross-functional teams to uncover, craft captivating and compelling stories. You should be able to inspire, motivate, and empower others. 👏

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with focus on Storytelling. You should be able to charm the socks off anyone with your words and slides. 😍

• Agile and lean product development methodologies. You should be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You should be able to adapt to changing customer needs, market conditions, and business priorities. 🏃

• Technical and domain knowledge. You should be able to understand the technical aspects and challenges of the product and the Edtech industry. You should be able to speak the same language as engineers and designers. 🖥

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product building or related fields, preferably in the b2c domain. 📅. 

• A portfolio of products or projects that have achieved customer satisfaction, retention, and growth and also demonstrate your product management skills. 📁

• At least 2 years of experience in using AI/GenAI to build and deploy innovative solutions and tools.🏆

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. Candidates who studied in Tier 2  / Tier 3 / Tier 4 towns will be preferred.🎓

To ace this role, you should have:

• High agency and have the ability to find innovative ways of prototyping to validate the problems and solutioning before they go to the development phase. ❤️

• Passion and enthusiasm for building products that customers love and that make a positive difference in their lives. 🔥

• Hands-on experience in AI-driven personalized learning space for underserved students or AI for student engagement and skill assessment or AI-driven automation will get you further bonus points.😍
