Job Description
Lead strategy, planning, and modernization of Fintech/MFS platforms to support fintech/MFS growth, digital products, and evolving customer journeys.
Translate business, product, and regulatory requirements into scalable technology roadmaps aligned with annual business plans and forecasts.
Own end-to-end delivery of digital platforms and projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget implementation through structured governance, documentation, and quality standards.
Drive solution design decisions, including vendor vs. in-house development, technical evaluations, demos, and selection of best-fit fintech-ready platforms.
Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security of Fintech/Digital solutions supporting large transaction volumes and mission-critical services.
Oversee application operations, maintenance, capacity planning, backup, recovery, and change management with minimal service disruption.
Manage vendors and partners to ensure SLA/KPI adherence, cost efficiency, continuous improvement, and strong governance in fintech-grade environments.
Lead budgeting, investment planning, PR/PO execution, and CAPEX capitalization, ensuring optimal ROI and financial discipline.
Ensure information security, audit compliance, and vulnerability remediation, addressing VA, regulatory, and audit findings proactively.
Build and lead a high-performing technology team, driving capability development, engagement, performance management, and talent retention to support digital and MFS ambitions.
Academic Qualification
BSc in Computer Science & Engineering
Job Experience Required
10+ years of experience in telecom/fintech/MFS industry
Required Capabilities
Strong knowledge of designing, planning and operating of Fintech/MFS/Digital Bank platforms.
Sound understanding of Digital Services, Telecom services, MFS services and Banking system
Thorough understanding of Project Management framework and IT Service Management
Solid experience and expertise technical Operations Management, Governance of MS, Vendor Management.
Expertise in System & Solution selection
Clear knowledge about complete procurement process, contract, payment terms and capitalization.
Complete insight into BTRC directives on TVAS and ensuring compliance.
Strong communication skills in managing internal and external stakeholders.
Updated in technology evolution and digital growth.
