We are currently looking for Quality QMS Specialist for our Rugvica Plant. Quality QMS Specialist will ensure effective maintenance, compliance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures that all processes required for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented, and maintained, including document management
- Responsible for ensuring that all administrative activities and, in cooperation with the Quality Manager, the performance of internal audits are carried out in compliance with QMS requirements
- Conducts or participates in audits and evaluates various areas and processes within the company to assess compliance with applicable standards, valid policies, and organizational guidelines
- Cooperates with different organizational units of the company in the QMS certification process
- Provides support and makes recommendations for process improvement across various organizational units during the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other system tools and standardized templates used in the preparatory phase
- Participates in the development of strategies and action plans required to achieve objectives and to ensure the effective implementation of adopted corrective and preventive measures
- Makes recommendations for QMS improvement measures and ensures the maintenance of QMS certification
- Raises employee awareness of QMS standards and other applicable company policies and organizational guidelines through training sessions and presentations
- Updates and maintains QMS documentation
- Acts in accordance with QMS procedures, rules, and principles
- Acts in accordance with occupational health and safety (OHS) rules and principles
- Works in accordance with V.O.S. principles and guidelines
- Contributes to the development and compliance with standards focused on key areas: customers, organizational culture, and continuous improvement systems
- Within the continuous improvement system, proposes improvement initiatives and measures aligned with company objectives
- In addition to the above duties, other tasks and responsibilities may be individually defined as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in an engineering or technical field
- Certified internal auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- 3–5 years of experience in the electrical and/or mechanical industry, with a focus on management systems
- Proficiency in the local language and English (an advantage, but not a requirement)
- Strong knowledge of quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety (OHS) systems
- High level of responsibility and ability to work independently
- Initiative and proactive approach
- Strong organizational skills
- Logical and analytical thinking
