• Drive and provide financial and commercial support to APJ TD SYNNEX organizations
• Collect, post and control debts.
• Validate and reconcile of vendor receivables accounts
• Perform ageing debt analysis, accounting reconciliations and margin corrections during month /quarter end close activities
• Negotiate and manage debt collection disputes and discrepancies
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) on a daily basis in conjunction with the corresponding country teams
• Collaborate with finance departments of APJ subsidiaries
• Implement special price conditions to our customers, while ensuring the maximum profit in TD SYNNEX’s commercial activity
• Maintain commercial master database
• Support the sales process by collaborating with Marketing, Purchasing and Sales departments for APJ subsidiaries
• Ensure correct execution and implementation of special price conditions in the systems
• Accomplish and fulfill the SLAs & KPIs agreed with APJ subsidiaries
• Identify Vendor Receivables debt generated by TD SYNNEX's Sales, document and raise claims to vendors
• Identify and resolve disputes generated by debt balance discrepancies between TD SYNNEX's and its vendors.
• 3-5 years of work experience
• Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles are required
• Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Advanced user in Excel
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Over 1 year of proven work experience in a sales, marketing or finance department is a plus
• Service oriented and ability to manage customer expectations
• Good verbal & written skills in English
• Proactive and “can-do” attitude
• Flexible and organized person with ability to work in dynamic and fast paced environment
• Excellent team player within an international team
• Strong analytical skills
• Results driven
• Meticulous with high attention to detail
