Job Purpose:
The Senior IT Project Manager is accountable for end‑to‑end delivery of complex Real Estate, Warehouse, and Infrastructure IT initiatives, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value while meeting IT standards, financial discipline, and site‑specific constraints.
This role requires a strong balance of technical credibility, commercial judgment, and cross‑functional leadership, operating at the intersection of business enablement, IT governance, and physical site delivery.
Responsibilities:

- Manage IT critical paths aligned with construction and facility milestones, proactively protecting dependencies (ISP, power, access, MDF/IDF readiness, cabling, wireless, AV, automation).
- Apply strong governance and stage‑gate discipline, defining clear entry/exit criteria, acceptance standards, and decision ownership.
- Demonstrate technical and domain fluency across workplace IT, warehouses, logistics centers, and infrastructure—credible without over‑engineering.
- Exercise financial and commercial acumen, developing ROM estimates, understanding CAPEX/OPEX, building business cases, managing procurement readiness, and assessing ROI.
- Act as the single accountable IT interface across IT, Corporate Real Estate, Construction, Logistics, Finance, Vendors, and Executive Stakeholders.
- Frame decisions for executives, translating complexity into clear risks, options, and recommendations; confidently presenting at Steering Committees, VP, and Director level.
- Proactively anticipate risks, prevent late changes, and balance IT standards with commercial and operational realities.
- Drive standardization and scalability, reusing patterns and improving delivery models across portfolios where needed

- 7+ years of project management experience delivering large, multi‑disciplined, transformative IT programs.
- University degree in Computer Science, Programming, or equivalent technical discipline.
- Proven experience in Real Estate, Warehouse, Infrastructure, or complex site‑based IT delivery.
- Strong financial management and budgeting experience, including business cases and ROI analysis.
- Strong leadership presence, able to resolve conflict constructively and influence without authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish proficiency is beneficial.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Experience working closely with senior management and executive stakeholders.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
