Testing and analysis: Perform standard testing on raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and R&D material testing as requested.
Data management: Record, interpret, and report test results accurately in the quality data system.
Quality assurance: Follow established SOPs to ensure the validity of test results and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
ISO 9001 compliance: Assist in ensuring the lab operates in compliance with ISO 9001 standards and support internal and external audits.
Problem-solving: Identify out-of-specification results, participate in root cause analysis, and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records and ensure accurate release of product.
Work with Cross functional Teams to focus quality efforts, identify root cause, corrective and preventive actions.
High school diploma and 2 years of equivalent experience.
Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with quality management systems and tools.
Ability to interpret and analyze technical data.
Proficiency with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
