Responsibilities:
- Accountable for achieving agreed SFD, stock levels, CSL, and for monitoring ICSL and SSL within the defined portfolio
- Reviews and manages the sales and production forecast and translates it into executable supply plans
- Plans and executes replenishment by ordering from production sites, suppliers, and co‑packers, including delivery follow‑up and resolution of current and potential supply issues
- Maintains and optimizes planning master data in SAP and IPB, coordinates co‑packing and import activities, and supports quality‑related SCM topics, phase‑in/phase‑out, and SLOB management
- Prepares and contributes data for bi‑monthly reviews and consensus meetings and drives continuous improvement of operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Professional training in Business Administration or a comparable qualification with at least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management; experience in Demand Planning or B2B is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills combined with good user knowledge of MS Office and SAP (MM/CRM)
- Very good command of English and German, both written and spoken
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
- Good analytical, statistical, and problem‑solving skills with a structured, solution‑oriented mindset
