Responsibilities:

Accountable for achieving agreed SFD, stock levels, CSL, and for monitoring ICSL and SSL within the defined portfolio

Reviews and manages the sales and production forecast and translates it into executable supply plans

Plans and executes replenishment by ordering from production sites, suppliers, and co‑packers, including delivery follow‑up and resolution of current and potential supply issues

Maintains and optimizes planning master data in SAP and IPB, coordinates co‑packing and import activities, and supports quality‑related SCM topics, phase‑in/phase‑out, and SLOB management

Prepares and contributes data for bi‑monthly reviews and consensus meetings and drives continuous improvement of operational efficiency

Qualifications:

Professional training in Business Administration or a comparable qualification with at least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management; experience in Demand Planning or B2B is a plus

Advanced Excel skills combined with good user knowledge of MS Office and SAP (MM/CRM)

Very good command of English and German, both written and spoken

Strong customer orientation with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions

Good analytical, statistical, and problem‑solving skills with a structured, solution‑oriented mindset
