Your Team
The Customer Analytics team is part of Group Data and Analytics which is responsible for partnering across CFS to deliver customer and business value from data. We leverage modern AI-enabled platforms to make insight-lead decision making a daily habit across CFS.
Your Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to drive tangible business outcomes – in this role your focus will be to drive impact, not just data provisioning and visualisation. This person will need to build strong relationships across business.to understand needs that make the business grow.
- Own reporting products end-to-end – accountable for ~30 dashboards serving ~250 regular users; run BAU support (monitor, enhance, resolve) and deliver new dashboards aligned to business priorities.
- Build dashboards and AI agents side-by-side – design, develop and iterate Databricks Genies alongside Power BI to lift self-service, speed to insight and decision quality, with strong governance and usability.
- Drive disciplined, AI-enabled delivery – run an efficient BAU cadence and embed AI in design and build to materially lift speed, quality and efficiency. Prioritise simple, intentional solutions that scale.
- Protect data quality and trust – maintain robust data quality checks, issue management, and clear lineage/documentation in partnership with engineering and SMEs.
- Lift team capability and culture – role model ownership, curiosity and pace; contribute to Agile ceremonies and broader analytics initiatives.
Your Capability and Experience
- Proven end-to-end reporting product leadership – experience owning dashboards from problem definition through to build, deployment, adoption and ongoing improvement in a BAU environment.
- Strong technical foundations – strong capability in data transformation and visualisation (e.g., SQL + Power BI or similar) with a practical mindset for performance, maintainability and reusable design patterns.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders – confident communicator who simplifies complexity; able to influence, align priorities, and make recommendations with senior stakeholders while maintaining trusted partnerships.
- Quality-first mindset – demonstrated experience operating reliable reporting, including monitoring, data quality controls, issue triage, and continuous uplift.
- Growth mindset & continuous improvement – curious, forward-looking and willing to challenge the status quo; actively seeks better ways to deliver value more efficiently.
