About the Program
The Thread Program is a key initiative within Community and Mission (CaM) focused on improving client connection and service delivery. It brings together several projects and a new Salesforce CRM to simplify processes, strengthen collaboration and support a more seamless client experience across CaM services.
Your Opportunity
This is a full‑time, maximum‑term contract (12 months) within the Thread Program, working in close partnership with the Business Product Owner, Thread Program team and key stakeholders.
Working collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts, Change Managers and external implementation partners, you will oversee the design, development and delivery of learning solutions that support the successful rollout of program deliverables, including the Salesforce platform, operating model, processes and procedures.
About the Role
As the Training Lead, you will provide end‑to‑end leadership across learning needs analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation. With strong learning expertise, attention to detail and a collaborative approach, you will:
Conduct training needs assessments to identify learning gaps and requirements aligned to program priorities
Work closely with the Business Product Owner, Thread Program team, Subject Matter Experts and vendors to define and validate learning requirements
Design and develop engaging eLearning, instructor‑led and blended learning solutions aligned to adult learning principles
Translate system functionality, processes and procedures into clear, practical and role‑relevant learning
Support the implementation and rollout of learning materials via the LMS and Connect intranet
Monitor learner engagement and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs
Analyse feedback and learning data to drive continuous improvement
Prepare regular reporting on learning engagement, effectiveness and adoption
What You’ll Bring
You are a confident, collaborative learning professional with strong instructional design expertise and experience supporting change initiatives. You will bring:
A relevant tertiary qualification in learning design, education or a related discipline
Minimum five years’ experience in eLearning instructional design, ideally within aged care, healthcare or a regulated environment
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Experience using digital authoring tools to create engaging learning content
Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
