About the Role
As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to executive leaders, enabling executive effectiveness, strong governance and organisational outcomes. You will:
Manage executive diaries, inboxes and priorities to keep the rhythm of business running smoothly
Provide adaptable, high‑level support to changing priorities
Coordinate executive and leadership meetings with clear agendas, outcomes and follow‑up
Prepare polished Board and Executive‑level papers, presentations and briefings
Act as a trusted link between executives, senior leaders and external stakeholders
Track and support delivery of key strategic actions and commitments
Manage essential administrative and operational activities, including financial coordination
Improve systems, processes and ways of working to support executive effectiveness
What You’ll Bring
You are an experienced Executive Assistant who operates with maturity, confidentiality, judgement and a strong sense of ownership. You thrive in environments where pace, complexity and stakeholder engagement are the norm.
Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives in complex environments
Exceptional organisational capability and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
High levels of discretion, integrity and professional judgement
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and delivery
Confidence navigating systems, processes and executive-level workflows
Personality, energy and cultural contribution – you bring creativity, passion and a positive, engaging presence, building strong chemistry and adding to a high-performing team
