DESCRIPTION:
An Accounting Assistant I performs essential administrative and accounting tasks supporting our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. As part of our Operations Finance Department, this position handles billing documentation, prepares financial reports, and maintains accurate records while ensuring data confidentiality and quality standards are met.
REQUIREMENTS:
• No prior experience required; accounting or administrative experience a plus
• Preferred Fields of Study: Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Relevant vocational/technical certifications accepted
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal (B1+ level minimum)
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Experience with ERP systems and online billing portals preferred
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining high quality standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams
• Process-oriented mindset with ability to follow established procedures
• Initiative to identify and recommend process improvements
• Customer service orientation with professional demeanor
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
