Accounting Staff with QuickBooks Experience

In this position, you'll assist our senior accountants in day-to-day tasks such as data inputting, bank statement reconciliations, and supporting budget tracking efforts. You will receive hands-on training and development opportunities in QuickBooks under our guidance so that you can grow into advanced roles over time.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions through QuickBooks
• Record financial transactions by posting debits and credits to appropriate accounts
• Track department budgets and monitor spending trends
• Liaise directly with vendors to manage payment discrepancies
  
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve any errors/disputes you encounter along the way

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting preferred; willingness to consider equivalent combination of education and experience as well
• Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), tax laws, reporting, and compliance issues

• Positive can-do attitude and adaptability working across departments
  
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities concurrently under tight deadlines and limited supervision
