Business Development Manager

What’s the Role?

As a Business Development Manager, Broker you’ll network with lots of commercial lending brokers to win business and strengthen relationships, making sure that our customer value proposition is heard, understood and promoted – you’ll be an advocate for our outstanding service promise. 

This is a really important role for us! You’ll combine your knack for networking with your lending know-how to generate new business for the Westpac Group through our commercial broker network.

What Do I Need?

• Proven experience in Business Banking
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Confidence in managing B2B partnerships and third-party channels
• Demonstrated success in generating new business through external networks
• Ability to influence and guide conversations with key stakeholders
• Proven experience in structuring complicated financial products and services
