Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling Spanish-speaking customer
inquiries, providing assistance and solutions, and ensuring a positive customer
experience.
- Daily tasks
include answering calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer
issues in Spanish and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
- Effectively
present, discuss and/or address customer concerns and requests in a way
that conveys an image of quality and superior understanding of customer
needs.
- Manage calls
professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
- Research
answers to questions using a variety of manuals and resources.
Qualifications:
- Must be
proficient in Spanish language
- Strong
verbal and written communication skills
- With
experience in customer service
