As an Employer Solutions Officer (ESO), you’ll be the first point of contact for a portfolio of employer clients, providing high‑quality customer service and administration support. This is a highly collaborative, entry‑level role ideal for someone with a strong customer service or telephony support background who enjoys solving problems, communicating clearly, and delivering a great customer experience. You’ll work closely with the Client Relationship Team, Employer Services Group and internal administration teams to ensure employers receive timely, accurate and seamless support — particularly during onboarding and ongoing administration. Please note this is a 6-month fixed term contract with a strong view for ongoing work. Must have minimum 6 months full time working rights.What you’ll be doing day to day
