Air Liquide France Industrie brings together the production and marketing of industrial gases in France with four complementary business lines : Large Industry, Industrial Merchant, Electronics and Hydrogen. The subsidiary has 2,400 employees at 58 sites across the country and serves more than 200,000 customers, from the artisan to petrochemical manufacturers, from analytical laboratories to semiconductors and metallurgy.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Volet Opérationnel (Gestion et Relation Client)
● Gestion des commandes : Traiter et saisir les commandes clients dans le système. Assurer la vérification des données et la conformité des informations pour garantir la livraison et la facturation.
● Communication et Suivi Client : Mettre à jour les données clients. Contacter les clients par téléphone pour des informations complémentaires. Enregistrer toutes les interactions dans le CRM.
● Amélioration continue : Participer activement à l'amélioration des processus du service. Proposer des solutions et contribuer à la résolution des problèmes.
Volet Support Manager
● Extraction et mise à jour des données et fichiers d’activité (hebdomadaires et mensuels).
● Suivi des absences (support RH).
